Tracy BarrI am a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years experience as a Consultant specialising in using psychology in business.

My expertise and experience covers a range of development and assessment work specialising in:

  • Executive Coaching for Senior Managers, Leaders and Teams
  • Coaching Supervision for individuals and groups
  • Coaching Skills development: designing and running coaching skills programmes for organisations
  • Leadership development: identifying and developing leadership talent using Development Centres, 360 degree feedback, bespoke leadership skills development programmes and leadership coaching.
  • Assessment: in depth, objective assessment of senior manager and executive talent using psychometric profiling, structured competency based and motivational interviewing and bespoke Assessment and Development Centres, both for individuals and groups.

Our Approach

We have access to a wide variety of ‘off the shelf’ exercises, although generally work with clients to design simulations specific to the role and organisation.  I work with an Associate team of professional Actors experienced in business simulations and consistently receive feedback that simulations are credible, realistic and that the actors provide insightful, helpful feedback. Assessment processes provide rich data for development and I give considerable attention to ensuring constructive, developmental feedback for all candidates.
